Like Phoenix rising from its ashes the Association’s website has returned.

In these challenging times communication takes on ever more importance.

The better each of our nine hundred sixty one members understands the problems faced by all, the better prepared we will be as we work toward solutions with new approaches and proposals.

Keeping informed is everyone’s job.

Your Board of Directors is dedicated to expand and improve communications in every possible way. In the forefront of this effort is the Palm Aire Association No. 1 website: www.PalmAire1.com available from anywhere to those with Internet access.

The Palm Aire Association #1 Newsletter will cover news items of primary importance.

The Newsletter will be posted at the three recreation areas and copies will be placed in the building lobbies. During the off-season summer months the Newsletter will be mailed to owners identified as seasonal residents, a.k.a. “snowbirds”. The Newsletter will also be on the website.

All Association members are invited to attend regularly scheduled board meetings held on the second and fourth Tuesdays monthly, except during July and August. 

The Association holds building representative meetings each month on the second Wednesday.

Communication must flow in both directions. By using the conduits described above you may contact your Board of Directors and your condo representatives with your questions, suggestions, complaints, and occasional praise.

The goal for 2009 and beyond: Reach out to touch to stay in touch!
