Condominium Association Structure 7-15-09

Structure Condominium Association No. 1 has nine hundred sixty one (961) member unit/owners.

These 961 owners live in four different types of “condos” each one of which is an independent economic entity, i.e. wherein each owner in such “condo” is responsible for his/her share of all expenses accruing to that “condo” based on a formula relating to his/her unit’s square footage.

The four types of “condos” in Association No. 1 are High Rise, Townhouse, Villa, and Garden Apartments (also referred to as “The Fairways”.

The High Rise condo units number 870 and are located in buildings #1 through #13, lettered, respectively “A” through “M” for parking sticker identification purposes.

The Townhouse condos are actually two separate “condos” one, numbered Condo #14 with twenty units and the other numbered Condo “#15” with sixteen units for a total of thirty-six Townhouse units both bearing letter designation “N” for parking sticker I.D.

The Villa condos are actually two separate “condos” one, numbered Condo #16 with eight villas and the other numbered Condo #17 with twenty-three villas for a total of thirty-one villas each bearing letter designation “O” for parking sticker I.D.

And, finally The Garden Apts (aka The Fairways). These are three separate buildings each housing 8 condo units for a total of twenty-four bearing letter designation “P” for sticker I.D.
